Flor del Carmen Guevara Vega is an attorney with over 18 years of experience in the legal field and more than 15 years as a Notary Public. Her professional practice is firmly established in the areas of corporate, notarial, registry, financial, and banking law, leading complex legal processes with strategic vision and a high level of technical expertise.
As the founding partner and legal director of Qanun Empresarial, she leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive advisory services to both companies and individuals. Katherine brings almost a decade of hands-on experience in financial administration, payroll management, and tax compliance to the Qanun Team. Having a strong academic foundation from the University of Costa Rica and a proven track record, she is dedicated to helping businesses maintain accuracy, transparency, and full regulatory compliance.

Her professional journey began in administrative operations, where she developed a deep understanding of business processes and internal controls. Fidel Guevara Vega
Civil Engineer, Property Appraiser
Fidel brings over three decades of experience in project development and engineering to the Qanun team, along with more than eight years specializing in real estate appraisals and property evaluations.
As a Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, he provides clients with accurate, objective insights that support confident and informed real estate decisions.
His professional background spans a wide range of development projects, where he developed a strong foundation in technical analysis, valuation methodologies, and risk assessment. Over time, Fidel transitioned into focused appraisal and inspection work, applying his engineering expertise to determine true market value, identify potential concerns, and support transparent property transactions.
